This hotel can be found on North Eastern side of the Dominican Republic, in a region called Bahia de Maimon, Puerto Plata. It’s run by Riu, renowned for exceptional customer care and service.

The resort is set next to a beach within Maimon Bay so you won’t have far to walk to bathe on the complimentary sun loungers dotted around the white sandy beach. It’s also surrounded by mountains and tropical settings so it’s a great place to escape and unwind. That said, it’s well connected to the rest of the Dominican Republic. It’s only a short 15 miles from the Gregorio Luperon International Airport (Puerto Plata International Airport) too.
